Shipping policy

Where we deliver
We deliver to the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and a number of other countries. If we deliver to your country, it will be available at checkout.

Delivery costs
Delivery is currently free to the UK and Europe. For other countries, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery times
We usually dispatch orders on the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). All orders are sent with Royal Mail tracked services, and we will email you a tracking link once your order is on its way.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
UK: 2 to 3 working days
Europe: 3 to 5 working days
USA: 5 to 8 working days
Rest of the world: 5 to 7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during busy periods or because of customs checks.

Customs, duties and taxes
There is nothing extra to pay on delivery. For orders delivered outside the UK, we pay any import duties and taxes on your behalf.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, email info@zenscapetravel.com with your order number. We will chase it with Royal Mail and, if it has been lost, send a replacement or give you a full refund. If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will put it right, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will update it if your order has not yet been dispatched.
